About Living Well Psychology Clinic
Living Well Psychology Clinic is an established private practice that has been operating on the Central Coast for over ten years. We are known for our high level of warmth and professionalism and enjoy working with a wide variety of people and presenting concerns. Clinicians conduct their psychology services independently but in co-operation with one another for the benefit of clients and referrers.
Principal Psychologist: Marguerite Schultz, Clinical Psychologist B.A. Psych. (Hons), MCounselPsy, MClinPsy, Assoc MAPS.
Marguerite has over ten years of experience in private practice, delivering client centered evidence-based interventions to a range of presenting problems. Marguerite holds two Masters degrees in Psychology, the first in Counselling Psychology and the second in Clinical Psychology. Marguerite enjoys working with a range of presentations and works with both individuals and couples.
Marguerite is an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society and is registered to provide clinical psychology services through Medicare. This means that under an appropriate referral, clients are able to access Medicare rebates for the psychological services that she provides.
Tilda Patton, Registered Generalist Psychologist, B.A. (Hons) MClinPsy, MAPS.
Tilda holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology. She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and a provider of psychological services through Medicare. Tilda is passionate about working with adults who present with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, poor self-esteem, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), domestic and family violence, anger, and addictions. Tilda is particularly interested in working with survivors of childhood and adult trauma. In line with this interest she has done additional training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).
Melissa Hill, Registered Psychologist, BSc, Post Grad Dip Counselling, Psychology MAPS
Melissa is a Registered Psychologist with over 16 years’ experience working in Community Mental Health, NGO and private practice. She is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society and is a provider of psychological services through Medicare. Melissa has particular interest and experience in working with adults who present with depression (in particular post natal depression), anxiety , major life transitions, stress management, grief and trauma.
Melissa provides evidence based treatments that are tailored to the needs and goals of each client. She has experience in a range of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and trauma focused therapies.
Referrals and Fees
Appointments can be arranged privately (client pays the full appointment cost), through one’s health fund (client generally pays a gap fee), or through Medicare (client comes via a GP referral and pays a gap fee). The gap fee depends on several factors including the type of referral and the rebate pathway.
